Polymedia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales efforts for complex Audio Visual Technologies based Systems Integration Projects in the United Arab Emirates.
Our ideal candidate should have a proven track record of discovering and exploring business opportunities; soliciting and securing Audio-Visual Systems Integration projects (valued at $ 1 Million and above) by locating, developing, defining, and closing project sales orders while undertaking the identification & organization of client needs and engineering solutions.
Solicits and secures audio-visual systems integration projects by locating, developing, defining, and closing project sales orders while undertaking the identification and organization of client needs and engineering solutions.
Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota in support of business plans.
Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in the customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or the use of materials or services.
Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
