Polymedia proudly secured the Education Project of the Year Award for its outstanding work on the Canadian University Dubai (CUD) project at this year's esteemed Inavation Awards 2024, powered by Inavate + ISE.

Shortlisted as finalists in three 'Project of the Year' categories, Polymedia showcased excellence with nominations for the Smart Building Award for CUD and the Best Corporate Project Award for Aloqabak in Uzbekistan. This remarkable achievement underscores Polymedia's over 25 years of expertise, demonstrated by its highly qualified engineers, software developers, and audio-visual industry experts who have successfully designed and executed over 15,000 projects across various sectors.

The Inavation Awards 2024, held in Barcelona, Spain, as part of the renowned Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) conference, stand as the pinnacle of excellence in the professional Audio-Visual industry. These awards celebrate and recognise exceptional project work across diverse vertical markets worldwide.

Polymedia is thrilled to receive recognition for its integrated audio-visual solution for Canadian University Dubai (CUD) among a global pool of projects. The category boasted exceptional projects from the UK, Germany, India, The Netherlands, Austria, and Sweden, with Polymedia emerging as the deserving winner.

Polymedia's collaboration with CUD spanned several years, delivering turnkey audio-visual integrated solutions encompassing design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of high-quality AV systems for their campuses. This solution was developed to meet CUD's objective, which was to create a modern learning environment, enhance campus technologies, and improve the overall setup for students, teachers, and support staff.

Successfully implementing integrated solutions for 56 classrooms and laboratories, 4 hybrid learning auditoriums, 5 meeting rooms, 4 C-Level offices, director's boardroom, and common areas, Polymedia's solutions included hybrid learning and voice amplification systems, LED video walls, projectors, campus-wide digital signage and background music systems, video conferencing and collaboration systems, and AV Operations Control Room equipment.

Located at City Walk in Dubai's bustling business district, CUD, founded in 2006, holds a prestigious position as the #1 university in Dubai according to the QS World University Rankings 2023. Polymedia ensured that the integrated solutions aligned with CUD's goals of maintaining an environment conducive to continual learning and improvement, enhancing the classroom experience through multimedia and online resources.

Polymedia was also acknowledged as a finalist for the Best Corporate Project Award for its comprehensive solution for Aloqabank, one of Uzbekistan's largest banks. Competing against impressive projects from the USA, Germany, the UK, Saudi Arabia, India, Australia, and The Netherlands, Polymedia developed solutions for a three-hall situation center with three video walls, a modern 320-seater conference hall, a technologically advanced retail banking zone, and multiple other meeting rooms and spaces.

The solutions encompassed curved and flat video walls, creative display installations, advanced control and monitoring, video wall management solution, interactive technologies, video conferencing, professional sound systems, room scheduling, and more.
