Polymedia wins ProIntegration Awards 2018 in two categories
The annual ProIntegration Awards ceremony was held on October 24, 2018, co-located with Integrated Systems Russia exhibition. Polymedia won the award in two categories: "the best solution for the education sector" and "the best solution for the corporate sector worth over 300,000 euros".
The winning project in the education category features a set of audiovisual installations that create an intuitive and convenient digital learning environment in the Horoshevskaya innovative school in Moscow or Horoshkola. As part of the project, various zones in the school building, such as multifunctional classrooms, main hall, the teachers' space, were equipped with modern equipment.
The school's classrooms were equipped with interactive panels and projectors which allowed to turn every surface into an interactive whiteboard. Adoption of modern multimedia technologies allows students and teachers to make classes informative and intuitive, read lectures and present materials, as well as conduct collaborative project work with the ability to save results.
An important feature of the system is a mobile interactive cube, a proprietary development of Polymedia engineers. This unique structure helps teachers to solve several tasks simultaneously: avoid strict zoning of the space, provide common space for academic work, and, at the same time, enable efficient collaboration in small groups.
In the corporate category – titled "The best solution for the corporate sector worth over 300,000 euros" -- Polymedia team received an award for developing a comprehensive technical solution for the Network Management Center at Sberbank.
The project objective was to design the multimedia system and apply innovative technologies to create a center that will support current functional tasks of all network elements, telephony, contact centers, video conferencing and network elements for self-service kiosks of Sberbank PJSC.
The solution includes integration and installation of ultra-modern equipment in the control and the server rooms. An important feature of the project is the KVM matrix switch system. The system ensures employees of the center can control every computer from every workplace, as well as display data on every monitor, video cube or LCD panel in a meeting room.
