Functional Zones Equipped

The project covered three critical areas:
1
Entrance Area
2
Situation Center
3
Decision-Making Hall

Entrance Area

The Entrance Area of the NBU Situation Center was designed to serve two key functions: welcoming guests and displaying essential banking performance metrics. Featuring a large-format LED screen (Absen A2719Plus, 5760x360 resolution, 1.9mm pixel pitch), this modern, visually engaging space delivers dynamic, high-resolution content. Executives and visitors can access real-time updates on the bank’s performance indicators, reflecting NBU’s technological advancements and creating a sophisticated, interactive first impression.

Situation Center Hall

The Situation Center Hall is the operational core, enabling continuous monitoring and management of key banking processes. The central feature of this space is a 16.8 x 2.36-meter curved LED screen (Absen HC1.2 PRO II, P1.25 pixel pitch, 13440x1890 resolution). Its high-definition clarity and 3° curvature provide ergonomic viewing from multiple angles, ensuring seamless data visualization.

Polywall-based content management system, powered by Matrox hardware controllers, enhances efficiency. The Cisco video conferencing system integrates four Lumens PTZ cameras that automatically track and focus on speakers when a Televic microphone is activated, ensuring smooth collaboration during critical discussions.

The audio system, built on Dante and AVB protocols with Biamp technology, delivers high-quality sound throughout the room. Each operator workstation is equipped with dual Lenovo monitors and KVM switching, allowing seamless control of multiple work processes from any station - ensuring scalability and adaptability for diverse tasks.

Decision-Making Hall

The Decision-Making Hall is designed for high-level meetings and strategic discussions. It features a 4.8 x 1.35m LED screen (Absen HC II 0.9 pro, P0.9, 5120x1440 resolution), managed by Polywall software for clear data visualization.

A V-shaped conference table integrates built-in computers and tablets for meeting control. Three Lumens PTZ cameras automatically track speakers via the Televic microphone system, while the Biamp audio system ensures clear communication with sound masking.

Workstations are equipped with Arthur Holm motorized displays and Televic retractable microphones. A Wyrestorm BYOD system supports wireless presentations, and an Extron centralized system seamlessly manages all AV and conferencing functions.

Scalable and Future-Proof AVoIP Architecture

The entire solution is based on an AVoIP (Audio Video over IP) architecture, providing:

  • Scalability for future expansions
  • Easy reconfiguration based on operational needs
  • Seamless integration of AV and KVM systems for flexible workstation configurations
