The main goal of creating the Monitoring and Control Center of Pavlodar Region was to improve efficiency of Akimat's activity by applying modern information and communication technologies in operations of state bodies, big data technologies inclusive.
Polymedia team developed and introduced a comprehensive system of hardware and software based on modern display systems and integrated data analysis platform. The team was also tasked with modernization of the premises, designing a technical solution and installing the equipment in four halls: control and monitoring center, situation hall, analytics room and a meeting room. The task also included introduction of the 17-module information analysis system for improved decision making.

The multifunctional control center for the Pavlodar region was designed to be easily transformable and to be adapted to serve a variety of purposes. The space can be used as a control room, as an analytics center or a crisis management hub.

The Monitoring and Control center features a 9,7x3,5 m POLYLED video wall paired with a high-performance Polywall 5000 controller and Polywall visualization control software. The center is also equipped with 32 operator workstations with large screen Samsung monitors. The switching subsystem of the control center takes full advantage of the AVoIP functionality of Crestron's NVX series.
The core of this project - the information analysis system is developed on the Visiology platform - enables consolidation and monitoring of key indicators of the regional development. The introduction of the information analysis system helped to increase transparency of activity of the Akimat in the region, decrease time used to prepare different reports for the management. The system increases the convenience and efficiency of decision making in daily and critical situations in an expedient manner.
