Interactive virtual space in the Taganka theatre
Virtual museum in the Taganka theatre was created by Polymedia to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Yuri Lubimov, its founder. The museum features a multi-directional projection on lobby walls and an interactive virtual 3D tour of the museum.
The central exhibit of the museum is implemented using 12 Panasonic projectors demonstrating an uninterrupted image – a special multi-directional video, devoted to Yuri Lubimov, main director of the theater.
The second element of the museum is a set of interactive booths in various locations inside the theater. With their help guests of the Taganka theater can take a virtual 3D tour around the building, visiting rooms that are generally unavailable to the public, such as dressing rooms, wardrobe departments, workshops, various other facilities.
