Polymedia developed and implemented a solution to enhance efficiency of meetings, collaboration in training sessions and provide seamless video conferencing for Trend Micro's office in Dubai, UAE.

Trend Micro, a global leader in cloud and enterprise cybersecurity with decades of security expertise, has a platform that protects 500,000+ organisations and 250+ million individuals across clouds, networks, devices, and endpoints.
The project scope included design and engineering, installation and configuration of audio-visual solutions for Trend Micro's 16-seater Boardroom, 8-seater Executive Room, two 4-seater Huddle Rooms, 6-seater Meeting Room, and 28-seater Training Room. The Polymedia team delivered tailored solutions integrated with existing infrastructure for each individual space.

The Boardroom and Executive rooms were equipped with a Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub solution to host Microsoft Teams video conferencing sessions along with integrated speakers and dual-array microphones for 360-degree audio capture. Video conferencing sessions to be controlled via a 10-inch touch panel to start and stop meetings, manage microphones, volume and more. 4K Lenovo ThinkSmart Cam and Logitech video conferencing cameras are provided for audience capturing.

In the Training Room, Polymedia installed Lenovo ThinkSmart One + Controller, the world's first Windows-based integrated collaboration solution. It includes an all-in-one integrated video conferencing bar with built-in PC that hosts Microsoft Teams, Full HD camera with premium audio speakers and microphones array. The solution also facilitates running wireless presentations.

All the ThinkSmart devices can be monitored and managed on one screen with versatile cloud-based software ThinkSmart Manager Premium.

The solution also featured Logitech Tap Scheduler, a purpose-built scheduling panel to make meeting room bookings more convenient. It allows for the management and monitoring of meeting calendars and room availability from touch displays located at the entrance of each meeting room.

Polymedia is proud of the successful completion of this project in collaboration with Trend Micro, that improved video conferencing limitations, collaboration, speech intelligibility, and ease of presentations in meetings and training sessions.
